Does it cost anything for a model to join?
No. Joining and using PODIANE is free, and we never charge models a sign-up, course or photo fee. A fee applies only when a booking is actually agreed.
Can brands look at my profile whenever they want?
No. Profiles are private by default. You appear in search only after you consent to brand access and switch visibility on. You can see which brands viewed you, and block any brand.
What about AI use of my likeness?
Everything is refused by default. Digital twins, training data, synthetic images or video and voice synthesis are possible only within what the model has explicitly granted — and a contract cannot exceed that grant.
Which language is the contract in?
All three. Each party reads and signs in their own language; where the terms hash matches, it is the same agreement. Media, term, territory and exclusivity are stated in the contract itself.
What if the shoot is cancelled?
The contract can state that the fee is still paid even if the shoot is cancelled beforehand. Whatever is agreed appears in the contract itself.
