Can a model stop AI from using their face?
On PODIANE everything is refused by default. Digital twins, training data, synthetic images or video and voice synthesis are possible only within what the model has explicitly granted — and a contract cannot exceed that grant.

What is actually at stake
Once images from a single shoot become training data, the model can be used indefinitely without ever being called again. A day’s fee buys a permanent double.
So before agreeing to a line that says “AI use permitted”, it has to be broken into what, exactly, and how far.
Four separate switches
Digital twin creation — building a model of your appearance
Training data — putting your images into an AI training set
Synthetic image or video — generating scenes you never shot
Voice synthesis — generating your voice
These are different things, so they are granted one at a time — and media, term and territory apply to them too.
A contract cannot beat consent
If a brand writes an AI scope into a contract that the model has not granted, the contract is not created at all. The server checks it against the model’s settings and refuses.
Our robots.txt also blocks AI training crawlers from model profiles and shared packages. Public explainer pages stay open; people’s photographs do not.
